Born 1st–10th2nd Wednesday
Born 11th–20th3rd Wednesday
Born 21st–31st4th Wednesday
People receiving Social Security before May 1997, SSI recipients, and people receiving both programs may follow different rules. Federal holidays can also move a payment earlier.
